Abstract
We
investigate
the
impact
of
gendered
personality
traits
on
entrepreneurial
performance
male
and
female
entrepreneurs
in
Lebanon
during
COVID-19
crisis.
Using
Big
Five
model
survey
data
from
500
entrepreneurs,
research
examines
how
such
as
agreeableness,
conscientiousness,
neuroticism,
extraversion,
openness
to
experience
influence
business
outcomes

that
agreeableness
neuroticism

than
males

Building
upon
the
job
demands-resources
model,
this
study
examines
how
communication
technology
(CT)
use
in
remote
work
relates
to
role
clarity,
coworker
support,
overload,
and,
turn,
burnout
enhance
sustainable
worker
and
organizational
workplace
practices.
By
analyzing
non-experimental
survey
data
from
447
U.S.
workers
transitioning
2020,
we
found
that
demands/resources
mediated
relationships
between
CTs
burnout,
with
each
CT
linked
specific
demands/resources.
Phone
calls,
email,
instant
messaging
were
associated
clarity
mitigating
burnout.
Video
calls
higher
overload
increased
which
can
decrease
sustainability.
Our
findings
highlight
importance
of
relation
employee
well-being.
Supported
by
affordance
theory,
had
unique
associations
resources
demands
when

as
key
channels
during
transitions.
