Research on organizations in the Western Balkans has grown significantly over past 30 years, highlighting need for a comprehensive review. This bibliometric study examines state of organizational research by performing analysis, identifying clusters through co-word and conducting trend topic analysis to uncover emerging themes. Using VOSviewer Biblioshiny, analyzes 1,037 papers from Scopus database. Findings reveal consistent growth publications, especially after 2015. Co-word identifies five major clusters: SMEs, Kosovo, Serbia, entrepreneurship, innovation. Purpose This study investigates the socio-psychological and network dynamics influencing women’s entrepreneurial journeys in Bangladesh. It focuses on understanding how societal expectations, financial barriers emotional resilience shape these experiences outcomes. Design/methodology/approach A hermeneutic phenomenological approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews focus group discussions with 15 women entrepreneurs from various industries Thematic analysis used to identify critical patterns themes their experiences. Findings Six major emerged data: biases constraints, hurdles, balancing family work, psychosocial processes, impact of social networks strategic interventions. Identifying the factors affecting organizational sustainability is a crucial topic in field of social science and business research. Mapping research on knowledge management in family firms: a bibliometric analysis DOI

Purpose Given the growing interest in topic of knowledge management (KM) family firms (FFs) and subsequent increasing number papers published, this study aims to review field identify analyze main themes trends. Design/methodology/approach This applies bibliometric techniques a sample 146 published from 2007 2023 their 8,126 unique cited references. Bibliometric coupling is performed on explore current intellectual structure KM FFs, whereas cocitations analysis investigate different literature streams that served as roots for development such field. Findings Bibliographic reveals can be grouped into four clusters, and, through content analysis, author identifies core sharing, innovation, knowledge-based dynamic capabilities capital. Cocitation references revealed clusters considered field, i.e. view, socioemotional wealth, strategic social capital (as theory resource). Purpose This study aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial mindsets on performance family businesses in United Arab Emirates (UAE). focused following mindset factors: alertness opportunity, ambiguity tolerance, dispositional optimism and risk-taking propensity. Purpose This study delves into the aspirations of young individuals to assume leadership roles in their family businesses. It assesses impact embeddedness and perception positive business performance on succession intentions investigates potential gender differences this context.
