Abstract Hotels are implementing green human resource management to achieve sustainable development in response increasingly stringent environmental policies and meet stakeholder expectations. This study aims elucidate the impact of (GHRM) on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) implemented by hospitality employees organizational, interpersonal, customer contexts, respectively. Specifically, a mediation model with dual moderation from employees' personality, perceptual cognitive perspectives simultaneously is proposed, which supported support theory, social identity theory theory. Structural equation modeling used evaluate 440 data collected Chinese industry based conditional sampling method. paper finds that GHRM can promote OCBs towards organization customers perceived CSR has mediating effect. Employees' value positively moderates promotion through implementation, proactive personality relationship between customers. The purpose of this research is to assess the impact Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on economic, social, and environmental performance Spanish wineries. Purpose This study aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing literature on green human resource management (GHRM) and its correlation with environmental performance (EP) energy saving behavior (ESB) by using PRISMA methodology. ABSTRACT Based on the natural, social resource‐based view, stakeholder theory, and complementary principles of justice, this study aimed to reveal influence mechanism between top management circular commitment (TMCC) economy practices (CEPs) through perspective human resource (HRM) diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). We have highlighted role interplay (CE‐HRM) DEI culture for implementation CEPs. collected questionnaire data surveys in Sichuan Chongqing, China, analyzed hypotheses conceptual model using structural equation modeling. found that: (1). TMCC can positively (2). indirectly CEPs CE‐HRM, which CE‐HRM acts as partial mediation. (3). Drawing on the social exchange theory (SET) and self-determination (SDT), present study aims to examine impact of green human resource management (GHRM) practices organizational innovation, employee creativity, career development competency in SME context Cambodia. GHRM is crucial fostering innovation within Cambodia's small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Abstract The increasing environmental impact has triggered a global shift towards eco‐friendly business strategies. This study examines the of green human resource management (GHRM) and internal supply chain (IGSCM) on operational performance within Ethiopian manufacturing sector. Survey data from 219 large medium‐sized companies in leather, textiles, agro processing, cement industries were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling. findings demonstrate that IGSCM practises, such as eco‐design management, have positive performance. GHRM encourages culture supports these practises. Incorporating green issues into business operations is indisputable, as this mandatory in today's environmental era. The purpose of study was to explore the structural link between practices such manufacturing, marketing orientation, human resource management, investment, and economic performance textile leather firms Ethiopia through innovation.
