Furthermore, limited evidence exists on influence ownership structure eco‐innovation capability and performance. This study therefore examines relationship between capability, performance ESCOs. Questionnaires are electronically distributed to Operations Managers 287 ESCOs registered by Commission Malaysia. To test direct moderating effects, Partial Least Square‐Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM) is applied 136 valid responses. Results suggest Capability significantly enhances performance, with model explaining 66% ( R 2 = 0.656) variance. a concentrated resulted higher These results provide pathways for industry practitioners improve sustainable development contributions whilst providing policymakers benchmark towards evaluating effectiveness National Policy.
