Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) films have a wide range of research and applications in the field nanoscience technology. Transparent AAO require layer to be peeled off from substrate which it is attached, involving complex preparation process immersion variety caustic solutions, resulting prepared that are very prone fragmentation unfavorable for applications. Here, we transparent by double-sided anodization method with secondary anodization, consists porous structure spaced barrier layer. Mechano-bactericidal strategies represent a safe and sustainable method for preventing microbial contamination in the postantibiotic era. However, their effectiveness against Gram-positive bacteria (≤55%) is still limited due to thick peptidoglycan layer cell walls. Herein, an intelligent biomimetic nanopillared biopatch developed. It assisted by low-voltage (8 V) electrical stimulation from TENG significantly enhances antibacterial efficacy (>99%) three types of stubborn bacteria. These collaborative behaviors are solely based on purely physical actions, thus avoiding risk triggering bacterial resistance. Moreover, slight mechanical energy generated human physiological activities converted into power source, exhibiting energy-efficient, eco-friendly, features. The conductive hydrogel can also act as temperature sensor, monitoring, real-time assessment wound conditions. This holds immense potential efficient healing management both acute chronic infections.

Bacteriostasis is of great concern in the fields medical health and food safety. Nanostructured surfaces have received special attention due to their biocompatibility nontoxicity potential devices, implantable materials, packaging, production pipelines, so on. However, exact mechanism still being debated, presence a microenvironment around bacteria often overlooked, which could be better utilized. Here, we would like introduce simple green sterilization method assisted by TiO2 nanorods process room temperature drying. Surface tension created way natural evaporation liquids, helping kill bacteria. By using this system, bacterial mortality Escherichia coli O157:H7 reached 91.92 ± 6.08%. This system was also effective against Staphylococcus aureus belonging Gram-positive The concepts antimicrobial systems described study proposed feasible strategy for constructing efficient safe physical surfaces. At same time, nanorod surface explored. In most cases, realized spontaneously without involving antimicrobials or some additional conditions; therefore, it conveniently applied more application scenarios. further highlighted that aquatic environments should given attention, rather than ignored.
