The Z-scheme LaCoO3/ZnO (LCZ) heterojunction photocatalyst was designed and prepared using the hydrothermal method. In photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride, LCZ exhibited highest activity with a rate constant 0.0179 min−1,which is 3.2 2.3 times higher than those pure ZnO LaCoO3, respectively. This study presents promising approach potential applications in field degradation. Further theoretical studies reveal that existence can prevent recombination electron-hole pairs, leading to enhanced performance.

Abstract Icing of wind turbine blades will seriously hinder the development power industry, and use biomass resources to solve icing problem is conducive promoting synergistic energy. In this study, ice-phobic coatings with photothermal anti-corrosion properties were prepared by surface modification pyrolysis hydrothermal reaction rice straw biogas residue as raw material.
