In the context of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs), this study accentuates role tourism and hospitality sector in promoting sustainability. The primary purpose is to unravel relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) energy-specific sustainable behavior employees (ESBE), with particular emphasis on mediating roles green intrinsic motivation personal environmental norms. Utilizing a three-wave data collection approach, we secured 325 valid responses from at various levels (manager-non managers) applied Structural Equation Modeling through SMART-PLS tool assess hypothesized relationships. findings highlight pronounced interconnection CSR, ESBE, designated variables. These results not only augment academic literature by illustrating psychological underpinnings bridging CSR but also equip industry actionable insights. Through informed initiatives aligned employee values, can galvanize behaviors create business models that resonate aspirations UN-SDGs, pointing way more industry.

Empirical research that offers nuanced insights into the antecedents of green creativity in hospitality industry is scant. Therefore, this focuses on employee-level creativity, which have received limited attention. Based Social exchange theory and information processing theory, study proposes a conceptual model includes inclusive leadership, organizational citizenship behavior towards environment, climate for initiative, creativity. This study examines the indirect effect of sustainability-oriented leadership (SOL) on eco-friendly innovative behaviors (EFIBs) through environmental awareness (EA) based social exchange theory. Additionally, it investigates conditional role proactive personality (PP) "SOL-EA" relationship. The authors collected data from 284 manufacturing SMEs in Poland using a time-lagged two-stage design, and employed partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test proposed hypotheses. empirical findings reveal that SOL impact employees' EFIBs significantly indirectly (through EA), PP amplifies EA. To best our knowledge, this is first empirically integrated relationships among SOL, EFIBs, EA, PP. contributes theoretically literature leadership, innovation management, employee perspective developed country.

Abstract Scholars have acknowledged the importance of green human resource management (HRM). Green HRM has been considered a vital mechanism for companies to move towards sustainable organisation. However, factors that drive not thoroughly investigated. This study investigated how interacts with linkages among relative advantage, stakeholder pressure, and top commitment based on Stakeholder Theory Resource‐based view theory. Data were collected from 112 large manufacturing firms using survey. Partial least squares modelling was used test hypotheses in research. All accepted except advantage concerning analysis description job positions, recruitment rewards. Responding to environmental concerns is a new indication of innovativeness, allowing businesses achieve competitive advantages by executing innovative activities that benefit individuals and the entire community. Much intention has been retained in this perspective on “green employee creativity.” However, few studies have examined combined effect green creativity from relations between people organizational practices. As result, we sought explain variation employees’ investigating four factors outside context (transformational leadership, innovation strategy, human resources management—GHRM, process engagement) with individual (such as creativity). Data were retrieved 150 employees pertaining electronic companies. statistically analyzed SmartPLS software. Main results revealed transformational leadership positively affects creativity, GHRM, engagement play significant mediating role relation creativity. Furthermore, strategy significantly moderates engagement. This improved when level high rather than low.
