Promoting and achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) net zero will be a high priority among companies institutions. Several strategies are being developed to motivate integrate SDGs zero-related approaches in companies, which the circular economy (CE) is gaining momentum due its documented impact on elements of zero. In fact, recent studies began examine relationship between CE, through different perspectives with areas application. Although this primarily for implementation targets, very few demonstrate concerns about CE-SDG-net relationships, specifically smart CE. traditional CE influences positively, approach remains insufficient several areas, including lack real-life information, where most practices principles reside. This paper identifies the Circular Value Chain Blind Spot in consumer behavior research on Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). A scoping review was conducted to ascertain current state regarding handling WEEE concerning circular or transformational linear behaviors. By evaluating 122 articles from databases including Scopus, Web Science (WoS), ProQuest findings reveal a notable focus three key strategies among 9 R framework: recycle, repair, reuse. Recycling emerges as predominant area research, while transformation concepts are also explored. Unexpectedly, concrete action underrepresented, with primary emphasis companies governments. As consumers recognized crucial actors within economy (CE), this terms contradictory Spot. Addressing future concludes comprehensive agenda encompassing six areas: nudging, differentiation, systemic perspective, waste hierarchy, value chain strategies, cultural factors. adopting agenda, we anticipate overcoming fostering equal consideration all stakeholders involved problematic.
