Abstract A balance between economic, social, and ecological performance has emerged as a key concern for organisations around the world. The modern era emphasises achieving eco‐friendly business outcomes to drive social needs along with higher financial performance. However, hybrid in developing countries frequently progress economic terms but struggle innovation. Based on this backdrop, study aimed investigate whether or not technological readiness, organisational learning, transformational leadership, sustainability orientation influence innovation within organisations. Data from 447 Ghana are used study. Study findings reveal that leadership promotes among enterprises, while decreases it significantly. Technology readiness also reduced outcome associated by moderating their negative effects. To maximise outcomes, recommends managers of adopt policies regarding efficient use internal resources processes through readiness. Furthermore, organisation's future learning processes, structures, should be aligned its goals.

The study examines how progress towards a circular economy (CE), patents related to recycling and secondary raw materials as proxy for innovation, affect tourism receipts. uses Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Error Correction Method (ECM) analyse time series data from EU countries 2000 2020. Our estimates show that there exist long-run short-run equilibrium relationships. In sum, evidence shows promoting innovative practices, including using in tourist destinations, could improve environmental quality positively impact concludes with policy practical suggestions innovation green tourism, destination management, sustainable tourism.
