Abstract Over the past few decades, organic–inorganic halide perovskites (OIHPs) as novel photocatalyst materials have attracted intensive attention for an impressive variety of photocatalytic applications due to their excellent photophysical (chemical) properties. Regarding practical application and future commercialization, air–water stability performance OIHPs need be further improved. Accordingly, studying modification strategies interfacial interaction mechanisms is crucial. In this review, current progress in development fundamentals summarized. Furthermore, structural OIHPs, including dimensionality control, heterojunction design, encapsulation techniques, so on enhancement charge‐carrier transfer enlargement long‐term stability, are elucidated. Subsequently, dynamics during process systematically specified classified via diverse electrochemical characterization methods, such time‐resolved photoluminescence measurements, ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy, impedance spectroscopy photocurrent densities, forth. Eventually, various hydrogen evolution, CO 2 reduction, pollutant degradation, conversion organic matter.

Due

widespread
use

agriculture,
atrazine
has
entered
aquatic
environments
and
thus
poses
potential
risks
public
health.
Therefore,
researchers

many
studies
remove
it.
Advanced
reduction
process
(ARP)
is
an
emerging
technology
for
degrading
organic
contaminants
from
aqueous
solutions.
This
study
was
aimed
at
evaluating
the
degradation
of
via
sulfite/iodide/UV
process.
The
best
performance
(96%
degradation)
observed
neutral
pH
60
min
reaction
time,
with
concentration
10
mg/L
sulfite
iodide
1
mM.
kinetic
revealed
that
removal
matched
pseudo-first-order
model.
