Abstract This study examines the relationship between industrialisation, climate change, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene prevalence. Data analysis from top 20 highly industrialised least nations revealed that industrial activities significantly contribute to global warming, with temperature increases of up 2 °C observed in regions. These environmental changes influence distribution evolution AMR genes, as rising temperatures can affect bacterial a manner similar antibiotics. Through bioinformatics approach, marked disparity frequencies was less nations, developed countries reporting higher due extensive antibiotic use advanced monitoring systems. ‘Eco-AMR Zones’ is proposed solution specialised areas by promoting sustainable practices, enforcing pollution controls, regulating mitigate AMR’s public health impacts. zones, supported collaboration across various sectors, offer promising approach preserving effectiveness reducing degradation. The emphasises importance integrated strategies address both ecological challenges posed AMR, advocating for international collaboration, ongoing research combat evolving threats change resistance.

Contemporary societies, whether they have reached advanced levels of economic and social development or are still developing, need to prioritise the implementation circular economy practices. This will facilitate shift towards regenerative, sustainable, closed-loop industrial systems. For now, there some efforts encourage patterns production consumption through changes in trends, institutional frameworks, harmonising regulations field environmental protection, raising level awareness achieve, above all, greater efficiency resources. Extensive literature that deals with monitoring already indicates existence numerous barriers this process but also notices incentives for degree circularity observed In paper, question a single value can represent chosen material/product chain is researched. The Circular Economy (CE) is promoted as a sustainable model of economic growth and quintessential example "sustainability mission." Despite expected co-benefits in job creation, waste reduction poverty alleviation, the Global South largely missing from both missions CE literature. Employing cross-disciplinary insights environmental policy geography sustainability transitions, this paper documents diffusion compares development between North South. Analysing 61 national-level strategic documents, we focus on levers, strategies, materials sectors. We show that mission widespread developing linkages to other social agendas, instrument choice shows limited place-sensitivity geographical variation. Where replicating North's trajectory, transformative potential circularity threatened.
