A complex supply chain can improve the economic benefits of an enterprise to a certain extent, whereas its vulnerability also occurs. How select resilient suppliers risk resistance has become hot issue in management. Furthermore, due complexity and instability market, supplier selection different periods customer demands is dynamic. We use best-worst approach model initial taking into account factors. Based on this result, our study applies fuzzy multi-criteria decision method establish multi-objective that aims solve problem dynamic considering criteria. apply improved wolf pack algorithm measure optimal order allocation strategy between profit pollution. The new energy vehicle manufacturing companies are used as case for verification. results show resilience factors feasible, dual-objective effective. Compared with original algorithm, Wolf better comprehensive performance.

In this study, a location routing problem (LRP) model was considered for the distribution network of multiple perishable food items in cold supply chain (CSC) where vehicles can refuel at gas stations during light COVID-19 disaster. Fuel consumption is assumed to vary depending on cargo transported between nodes when using non-standard fuel fleet. The formulated as mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) reduce production carbon dioxide (CO2). validated several numerical examples which were solved software, LINGO 17.0. results show that could be reduced case. Due complexity problem, genetically simulated annealing algorithms developed solve actual size problems, and their performance also evaluated.

This research suggests a Robust and Risk-Averse Medical Waste Chain Network Design by considering Viability requirements (RRMWCNDV). The aim is to locate waste management facility that minimizes promotes the recycling of materials like metal plastic, contributing environmental benefits. proposed RRMWCNDV aims be viable, robust risk-averse. A two-stage stochastic programming model was utilized develop this framework. It incorporates risk employing Weighted Value at Risk (WVaR) approach for first time. study reveals incorporating robustness scenarios results in lower cost function. degree conservatism decision-making can adjusted between 0% 100%, increasing confidence level WVaR indicates aversion, with an increase function 4% increase. agility coefficient, which percentage demand production from HC transferred another facility, also affects population risk. decrease sustainability coefficient 53% rise 12.82% demonstrates NP-hard characteristics becomes exponentially complex larger scales.

This study aims examine how spending affects supply RE 27 Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) nations as well regulatory function factors such innovation, international trade oil prices between 1990 2021. Design/methodology/approach The examines effects spending, income, green trade, human development index on using various econometric approaches, which cointegration test, moments quantile regression robustness test. Findings findings demonstrate that all factors, excluding quite likely affect expansion supply. Military negatively influences supply; specifically, a 1% increase results 0.88 reduction In addition, whereas income elasticity, OECD higher last quantiles than first quantiles, influence innovation about same quantiles. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of planning a pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain (PHSC).
