Climate change is seriously threatening ecological environments essential for human survival. Achieving the carbon neutrality goals of industrial parks (IPs), gathering places activity, plays a crucial role in climate mitigation and promoting sustainable development. In this study, we use an AI-facilitated literature review empirical research to analyze classify 12 pathways IPs based on development nature flow framework. addition, emission reduction potentials various are quantified using case study. The results analysis show that, terms IP reductions, most has focused energy infrastructure related management utilization, as well service footprint symbiosis. Among 148 studies, “industrial symbiosis” “carbon footprint” appeared with frequencies 1278 474, respectively. Additionally, 102 these studies mentioned decarbonization infrastructure. total, 11 existed research, exception storage, among them, 7 applied across all 104 IPs. The imperative to mitigate industrial CO2 emissions amidst global climate change has led the development of innovative strategies that align economic growth with environmental sustainability. This study introduces a comprehensive allocation and utilisation framework, designed reduce impact on production Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Demploying multi-objective Linear Programming (LP) approach, system dynamically allocates from major source several sinks, each unique characteristics requirements. Focusing State Qatar, player in LNG market, advanced simulation tools, such as Aspen HYSYS QASR Simulator are utilised define parameters these ensuring precise efficient allocation. An integral component model is incorporation carbon tax, considered for both sinks. results demonstrate profit maximisation objective generated $23.6 billion annual profit, although high 23.37 Mt/year. In contrast, emission minimisation curbed 19.01 Mt/year at $1.4 billion. approach garnered $18.6 annually 22.37 CO2/LNG metric was used gauge LNG's footprint. Objective 1 yielded ratio 0.3033, while 2 achieved best score 0.2463. balanced both, 0.2905. These findings illuminate feasibility optimising practices producing low-carbon through deliberate within circular economy framework.
