Countries located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, such as Chile, require robust evacuation plans for tall buildings to manage ongoing threat natural disasters. This study presents a methodology developing by conducting pedestrian movement simulations with agents that have model their surroundings. approach allows us assess different scenarios and choose best option based on specific characteristics site. The method combines simulation data analysis, using Monte Carlo improve emergency evacuations. Initially, Pathfinder software was employed simulate building. involved modeling movements multiagent system. These were programmed behave like real pedestrians make decisions during scenarios, providing valuable information. effectiveness two strategies then evaluated data. proposed validated case study. showed strategy depends factors distribution people, capacity exits, time available evacuation. The Decision-Making Trial and Laboratory (DEMATEL) methodology excels in the analysis of interdependent factors within complex systems, with correlation data typically presented crisp values. Nevertheless, judgments made by decision-makers often possess a degree fuzziness uncertainty, rendering sole reliance on precise values inadequate for representing real-world scenarios. To address this issue, our study extends DEMATEL approach to more effectively efficiently handle intuitionistic fuzzy information, which denotes factor information from form terms. paper aggregates each decision-maker, employing operators designed managing numbers. significance categorization are determined through matrix operations. Amidst the sweeping changes in global electricity and automotive sectors, we observe a rapid surge proliferation of distributed generation (DG) electric vehicles (EVs), primarily driven by widespread deployment photovoltaic systems.
