Universities and colleges play a pivotal role in the pursuit of future that is sustainable through their pedagogical efforts execution state-of-the-art research endeavors aimed at mitigating effects climate change. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) serve as crucial catalysts advancing development. HEIs are increasingly embracing precise measures to reduce carbon footprint (CF) while also educating students on global sustainability. These nano-methods provide quantitative framework for assessing campus's sustainability line with Green Campus (GC) initiatives lower emissions align GC goals. This study employs K-means clustering analyze integration green low-carbon principles higher education political ideological studies. Its goal identify patterns, assess teaching effectiveness, improve education, aligning enhance institutional contributions growth informed strategies. Input data includes curriculum content, methods, student engagement, goals related Seeking initiatives, can strategically long-term effective approaches. Cluster 3 has lowest WCSS value 1200, indicating tighter cohesion less variability within this cluster compared 1 (1500) 2 (1800). stands out highest silhouette score 0.7, suggesting well-defined distinct clusters, 0.4, some overlap or ambiguity points. Environmental education is crucial for achieving ecological sustainability goals and transforming human behavior to promote responsible consumption. Higher institutions play a fundamental role in societies aimed at more sustainable future through the dissemination of environmental millions young people worldwide. Therefore, this study measure students’ green (SGB), along with other higher institutional factors such as campus initiatives (GCI), ecosystem (IEC), system (ISS), support (ISP) intentions (SGI). The data were collected from 480 Chinese students enrolled four cities highest number face-to-face cross-sectional survey. analyzed partial least squares structural equation modeling. findings indicate significant positive impact GCI, IEC, ISS, ISP on SGI, which further positively affects SGB. This implies that campus, ecosystems, environmentally oriented policies, systems educational greatly contribute development (SGI), turn into habits fostering their behavior. Moreover, also played moderating between SGI provision systems, organizing hands-on workshops seminars, providing food items cafeterias, short visits focusing practices may inspire adopt daily routines.

Purpose The main goal of this study is to develop accounting students’ solidarity with and sensitivity cooperation for sustainable development. This also aims analyze the role participatory learning activities in developing dimensions involvement, critical reflection thinking analysis. Design/methodology/approach empirical analyzes a case activity conducted seminars students from different universities Spain. After completing activity, completed questionnaire divided into four areas: sociodemographic information, creativity. Students answered an open-response question that asked them propose new enhance their experience contribute more thus used mixed methods, complementing quantitative analysis qualitative data. By providing them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to address environmental challenges, they can contribute increasing sustainability long-term approach. With effects of climate change strongly affecting water availability across planet, it is increasingly relevant understand whether higher are aware this situation, order develop adequate measures promote sustainable behaviors regarding use. This study aimed assess students’ perceptions efficiency through questionnaire submitted seven HEIs Portugal. Students acknowledged importance water, older students, women science demonstrating greater awareness.
