The core hallmark of new quality productive forces (NQPFs) is a substantial increase in total factor productivity. Developing NQPFs tailored to local conditions significantly promote green, low-carbon, and environmentally sustainable development. This paper selects 30 provinces municipalities China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Tibet) as research samples. It employs the super-efficiency Slacks-Based Measure (SBM) model, coupling coordination degree analysis, kernel density estimation, Dagum Gini coefficient, β-convergence analysis measure analyze between carbon productivity (CTFP). results indicate that CTFP exhibits an upward trend overall. At same time, show initial increase, followed by decline, with significant regional variations observed both. There notable heterogeneity CTFP. eastern region demonstrates highest degree, central, western, northeastern regions. primary cause this differential distribution inter-regional disparities, particularly widening gap others. Further reveals that, except for region, dynamic evolution nationwide other regions tends converge. Regarding absolute β-convergence, converges fastest, while western slowest. conditional convergence speeds are consistent, but remain unchanged. study provides important theoretical support achieving balanced development comprehensively enhancing CTFP, ensuring contributions low-carbon economy.

The digital economy (DE) and real (RE) are dual pillars of the modern economic system. deep integration (IDR) has emerged as a pivotal strategic trend. IDR not only can enhance international competitiveness but also contributes to sustainable development goals. This work collects DE RE data from 30 provinces in China between 2012 2022. entropy weight method coupling coordination degree (CCD) model employed measure level IDR. Furthermore, Dagum Gini coefficient, Kernel density estimation, spatial autocorrelation model, geographically temporally weighted regression (GTWR) utilized analyze spatial–temporal evolution influencing factors CCD. following conclusions drawn: (1) During study period, CCD shows an upward trend, value is relatively low. (2) There significant differences CCD, inter-regional difference primary cause. (3) regional continuously widening. (4) obvious global agglomeration feature, been enhanced (5) policy intensity, infrastructure, industrial structure, human capital, technological innovation, market environment have impacts on obtained findings provide important theoretical support for coordinated RE.

Life cycle carbon emissions from the construction industry (CE) have a profound impact on China’s “dual carbon” goals, with significant posing severe challenges to environment. In this paper, four prediction models were trained and compared, optimal model, Genetic Algorithm Optimized BP Neural Network (GA-BP), was finally selected for multi-scenario of CE. Firstly, study performs comprehensive accounting indicator analysis CE over its entire life cycle. addition, paper further conducts spatial differentiation Subsequently, parameter conducted using an improved STIRPAT followed by LMDI factor decomposition based model. Finally, model performance verified three evaluation metrics: coefficient determination (R2), mean absolute error (MAE), percentage (MAPE). The results indicate that (1) in emission assessment, reached peak 42.52 t per capita annually 8.90 CO2/m2 unit area; (2) year-end resident population has greatest influence CE, other related variables also contributing positively; (3) GA-BP outperforms models, R2 increasing 0.0435 0.0981, MAE reducing 63% 76%, MAPE decreasing 23% 68%.
