Purpose This study aims to examine the impact of output servitization on environmental performance manufacturing enterprises in China. The authors also investigate mediation roles enterprise green resilience. Design/methodology/approach analyzes effect and proposes hypotheses. The management staff of software companies are constantly looking for ways to build market advantage and win business strategies.
