Magnesium sulfate leaching of ionic rare earth ores is generally characterized by a smooth outflow curve, long time, and high impurity content in the leach liquor. To reveal law cations aluminum ions process magnesium sulfate, equilibrium kinetics experiments were carried out using ore samples five particle sizes (<0.10, 0.10–0.25, 0.25–0.50, 0.50–1.00, >1.00 mm). The results show that reactions decrease gradually with increase ion concentration, temperature, surface area particles. Moreover, constant data fitting.
