With the escalating environmental issues, imperatives to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and advance energy products through innovation, production, consumption frequently result in externalities. Conventional markets struggle address these external factors, resulting market failures. Consumers are more aware of repercussions, regulatory mandates, potential economic benefits new vehicles (NEVs). Consequently, there has been a substantial surge demand for NEVs as alternatives conventional vehicles. This study analyses method by which innovative technology moves from stage purchase intention dissemination toward adoption explores strategies expedite this process. Moreover, it examines how intentions customers ecologically friendly goods their receptiveness such affect expansion market. Further analysis indicates that factors influencing consumers’ attitudes towards include ecological awareness product knowledge, perceived value innovative, environmentally products. The purpose is expand upon existing literature on consumer demand, examining influential extend Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB) enhance internal mechanisms. It explicitly focuses aspects, well risk (PR) (PV), identify gaps contribute China. presents thorough research framework efficiently customer comparable eco-friendly investigates influence attitudes, subjective norms, behavioural control, perceptions, specifically those concerning knowledge concerns. personal attitude, normative beliefs, control beliefs were found impact NEVs. key factor purchasing was attitude Simultaneously, norms did not have direct effect intentions. However, social played significant role decision-making process, with exerting considerable influence.

The transportation sector is the third-largest global energy consumer and emitter, making it a focal point in transition toward net-zero future. To accelerate decarbonization of passenger cars, this work first to propose bottom-up charging demand model estimate operational electricity use associated carbon emissions best-selling battery electric vehicles (BEVs) various climate zones China during 2020s. findings reveal that (1) top-20 selling BEV models China, such as Tesla, Wuling Hongguang, BYD, increased from 601 3054 giga-watt hours (GWh) 2020–2022, with BEVs South contributing more than half total demand; (2) 2020 2022, intensities decreased 1364 1095 kilowatt-hour per vehicle 797 621 kilograms dioxide (CO2) vehicle, respectively, North experiencing highest intensity decline compared other regions; (3) stocks 4774 12,048 GWh while rose 6.8 mega-tons CO2 reflecting an annual growth rate ~50%. In summary, delves into examination contrast benchmark data on nation-regional scale, well performance metrics related chargings. primary aim support nationwide efforts decarbonization, aiming for mitigation facilitating swift evolution cars carbon-neutral

Carbon neutrality policies are of great importance for the transportation sector. Thus, some issues need to be taken into consideration increase effectiveness carbon in this However, biggest disadvantage these improvements is that they costs. Instead improving a large number factors, it more financially feasible take action on ones important. Nevertheless, there limited studies which priority analysis made factors affecting process. Therefore, main missing part literature new study should weights variables determined. The purpose evaluate industry with novel decision-making model. First, selected indicators evaluated by quantum picture fuzzy row sets-based multi-step wise weight assessment ratio (M-SWARA) technique. Secondly, alternatives ranked. For purpose, multi-objective optimization basis (MOORA) methodology considered sets. motivation making and comprehensive reason behind situation most existing models could not consider causal directions among indicators. Due situation, proposed model created using causality relationships between industry. contribution integrating theory rough This has positive make sensitive evaluations. Additionally, approach criteria so relationship determinants can findings demonstrate infrastructure development important factor effective Cost another critical indicator respect. On other hand, according ranking results, determined reducing traditional fuels zero-carbon essential alternative transportation. It would appropriate companies attach use electric vehicles. In context, government incentives vehicles offered. example, tax reduction may as will provide significant cost advantage.

The low-carbon transformation of an energy consumption structure (ECS) is related to the sustainable development society. New quality productivity (NQP) important means promote green ECS. This paper examines spatiotemporal evolution NQP and ECS, utilizing panel data from 30 Chinese provinces (2012–2020) through kernel density estimation spatial analysis methods. impact on ECS its spillover effects are empirically analyzed using a two-way fixed-effects model Durbin model. study reveals that in China generally positively correlated with although significant regional disparities exist. A positive correlation exists between significantly promotes local but exerts negative effect neighboring regions. Further exhibits “inverted U-shaped” Spatial attenuation indicates diminish geographical distance, maximum boundary 600 km. found currently facing imbalances. Promoting balanced crucial for achieving high-quality development.

Accurate carbon emission accounting for electric vehicles (EVs) is particularly important, especially those participating in the market. However, participation of numerous EVs vehicle-to-grid (V2G) scheduling complicates precise individual EV emissions. This paper presents a novel approach to and benefits distribution EVs. It includes low-carbon dispatch model system (DS), aimed at reducing total emissions through strategic charging scheduling. Further, an improved flow proposed calculate reduction before after dispatch. enables real-time tracking during discharging, then accurately quantifies amount. Additionally, it employs Shapley value method ensure equitable revenue, balancing operation costs contributions. A case study based on 31-node campus network demonstrated that effective 1296 can significantly reduce account under different states, provides balanced analysis contributions costs, advocating fair revenue allocation.
