ABSTRACT Exploring the regional territorial spatial equilibrium state (TSES) has emerged as a key goal of “Two Mountains” planning and decision‐making, well governance. However, there is still shortage perspectives that consider ecosystem service value (ESV) to reveal predict TSES. To this end, study develops framework for analyzing interaction between ESV socio‐economic (SEV), investigates pattern, process, mechanism their employing model, couples MOP‐PLUS model two under different scenarios, in order fill gaps current research. The results show that: (1) From 1980 2020, (decreasing trend) SEV (increasing Southwest Guangxi Karst‐Beibu Gulf (SGK‐BG) opposite trends distribution patterns. Under all three simulated projection projected SGK‐BG 2030 shows degrees decreases, with economic development leading greatest fluctuations rate decrease; implementation an ecological protection strategy leads small decrease SEV, vice versa. (2) TSE coordinated (CES) districts counties are mainly clustered GSK region, number 2020 increasing by 30% compared 1980; imbalance (EIS) areas located central part area some along coast Beibu Gulf, developmental (DIS) northwestern area. above TSES have highest distributions business usual scenario (BAUS), first (EDFS), conservation (ECFS), respectively. differences equilibriums serious conservation. Forest Ecological Product Value Realization (FEPVR) is an important way for China to promote the transition and development of forestry realize common prosperity. It critical assess effectiveness FEPVR rationally obtain a comprehensive understanding progress ecological civilization. Based on Driver–Pressure–State–Impact–Response (DPSIR) model, in this study, we developed evaluation index system containing five subsystems 37 indicators assessed from 2011 2022 by using linear weighted sum method, coupling degree coordination Spearman’s correlation analysis. The results showed that composite increased 0.1980 0.6501 2022, with general upward trend, but there still great potential improvement. main contribution was Response subsystem. year 2017 turning point because its started speed up; status between different gradually improving at low level. relationship all dominated non-significant (52.4%), overall synergistic effect (27.8%) greater than trade-off (19.8%). Introduction Realizing the value of ecological products (EP) is great significance to comprehensively promote green transformation China’s economy. With increasing demand consumers for green, environmental protection and health, tendency people’s consumption (GC) has been triggered. Based on theory sustainable development ecosystem services, this paper constructs relevant econometric models deeply discusses influence mechanism demand-side GC behavior E p realization (EPVR). Methods This obtains reliability data from statistical reports yearbooks, innovatively index system EPVR whose comprehensive indexes are measured by entropy weight TOPSIS method. In analysis stage, STATA software was used unit root test, cointegration multicollinearity test descriptive statistics. On basis, regression carried out constructing a two-way fixed effect model, mediating moderating model. Results discussion (1) The level generally not high with national average 0.156 in study area. area significantly different 0.311; (2) From results significant positive EPVR, passed series robustness tests; (3) influential mechanism, further affects affecting supply willingness EP, advancement industrial structure rationalization structure. Ecological restoration is crucial for maintaining national ecological security. Scientific and reasonable identification of key areas a difficult problem facing the current spatial planning. This study evaluated ecosystem service (ES) supply, demand, their spatio-temporal characteristics in Northern Shaanxi Loess Plateau (NSLP). A coupling coordination degree (CCD) model was applied to interactive relationship between ES supply demand. The improved ant colony optimization (ACO) explore priority restoration. results showed that balance had significant differences. Higher were distributed south, higher demand located central northern parts. exhibited similar increasing trend from north south. Temporally, distinct time-varying across different types services. Total decreased 2000 2020, while total first declined then rose. Moreover, decreasing 21.22% regions NSLP. ABSTRACT Ecological barrier areas are the natural area with special ecological functions, and play a vital role in maintaining global balance, protecting biodiversity, regulating climate. They also profoundly affect local social system inhabitants' lifestyle. Mitigating trade‐offs between distinct ecosystem services enhancing social–ecological coupling essential for sustainable development of areas. However, lack integrating them on topographical gradient features compromises our ability to design precise interventions regional sustainability. Chinese grassland ecological industry is at a critical stage of mid-term adjustment and development. Accurately assessing the benefits product value conversion during its development can provide reasonable basis for adjusting future path conversion. This study uses efficiency, economic function importance indicators as evaluation foundation value, constructing three-dimensional matrix “ecology-economy-importance” suitability. Under logical framework “conversion efficiency-suitability evaluation-path selection”, investigates suitability improvement paths phase in China. The results show that (1) from 2008 to 2022, overall China gradually improved, particularly 2011 2021, when index increased 4.99 6.33. efficiency remained between 0.60 0.67, 0.44 0.67.
