In this study, four highly efficient protein-degrading bacteria (Siccibactercolletis, Bacillus thuringiensis, cereus, and sp. (in: Firmicutes)) were screened from soil fermentation beds prepared into a mixed microbial agent in ratio of 1:1:1:1. The effects inoculation with functional on nitrogen transformation rate, community, genes during chicken manure–rice husk composting studied. With the addition agents, loss manure was reduced to 17.05%, ammonia emissions also reduced. Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Cocci, Actinobacteria became dominant bacterial communities, accounting for 85.41%~98.52% overall community compost; it promoted growth microorganisms such as Pseudogracilibacillus Lachnospiraceae compost. Metagenomic analysis revealed that agents enhanced expression fixation (nifK, nifH, glnA) high-temperature phase, increased diversity associated cycle compost, improved absorption source elements by microorganisms. Additionally, strengthened correlation between environment, genes. This study provides theoretical basis application reduction pollution hull composting.
