ABSTRACT Despite its economic importance, the textile industry is one of most polluting sectors. This study addresses critical gap in understanding sustainable decision‐making SMEs, where decision processes often remain informal and lack structured frameworks. It seeks to identify decisions made productive environments that incorporate environmental, economic, social sustainability, while also exploring those overlook these dimensions. Through a systematic literature review, research examines key themes such as (i) for development SMEs; (ii) supply chain management industry; (iii) practices achieve SDGs; (iv) social, sustainability SMEs. The analysis explores commonly used pillars related products, processes, organizations; categorizes aspects, strategies, indicators, barriers faced by identifies types decisions, methodologies, criteria can guide companies toward sustainability. findings highlight predominance environmental dimension, with life cycle assessment, circular economy, business models being well‐defined practices.
