The
intersection
between
Covid-19,
housing
and
inequality
has
played
an
important
role
in
the
pandemic,
particularly
private
rental
sector
(PRS).
This
article
draws
on
qualitative
research
Ireland
to
examine
tenants'
experiences
of
'home
making'
unmaking'
during
pandemic.
It
explores
structural
everyday
processes
that
shaped
experience
'home',
identifies
factors
which
undermined
experience.
Our
finds
Covid-19
pandemic
collided
with
existing
set
inequalities
PRS,
including
those
related
insecurity,
poor
quality
dwellings
inability
control
or
adapt
dwellings.
Analysing
how
structures
interacted
impact
as
well
practices
home
making
unmaking,
re-centres
order
make
visible
politics

suggests
equality
needs
be
'baked
in'

systems

Urban

are
only
a
few
review
articles
that
explore
multiple
it.

is
partly
because
rapid
pace
publications
makes
systematic
literature
challenging.
To
address
issue,
in
present
study,
we
rely
bibliometric
analysis
techniques
gain
an
overview
knowledge
structure
map
key
themes
trends
Results
2,799
show
mainly
focuses
six
broad
themes:
air
quality,
meteorological
factors,
built
environment
transportation,
socio-economic
disparities,
smart
cities,
with
first
three
being
dominant.
