Thus, finding effective chemicals therapeutic measures advance the functional restoration of after infection has been emphasis studies on subjects. Mosla scabra is natural medicinal plant used for treating various lung gastrointestinal diseases, including viral cough, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute gastroenteritis, diarrhoea. In this study, antiviral anti-inflammatory effects total lignans (MSTL) extracted from were investigated in A virus (IAV)-infected mice RAW 264.7 macrophages. MSTL could not only protect macrophages against IAV-induced pyroptosis but also lighten inflammation IAV vivo vitro. network pharmacology analysis revealed differentially expressed genes, mainly involving EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, endocrine HIF-1 signaling pathway, C-type lectin receptor FOXO contributed alveolar macrophage dysfunction. It indicated enhanced function improved injury mice.
