Since the early days of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, a number persistent symptoms have been observed in patients, continuing for weeks or even months after recovery, now named as post-COVID-19 condition, long-COVID. The commonest are neurological (cognitive decline, headache, insomnia etc.), cardiovascular afflictions (thromboembolism, hypertension respiratory problems, and general like fatigue, malaise etc. In this context, traditional medicine systems being explored their holistic multi-dimensional effects, often not attainable synthetic drugs. This review is done to explore potential medicaments (single raw/ natural ingredients only) Unani system which may be beneficial condition. We four important textbooks medications conditions similar COVID-19, light guidelines post-febrile phase medicine. After following inclusion exclusion criteria, total 159 herbal, animal mineral origin were identified. It was that 57.23% herbs (e.g. Pistacia vera L., Pimpinella anisum L.) had efficacy various conditions, while 38.36% Crocus sativus Borago officinalis effective conditions. Besides, many other described ailments gastro-intestinal tract, vital-organ tonics, nutritive, An observation most more than one Some include C. sativus, honey, Cichorium intybus Aucklandia costus Falc., B. officinalis, Cordia dichotoma G.Forst. Pre-clinical clinical studies on drugs corroborate classical literature. Several can potentially utilized due therapeutic protective actions. Hence, research direction provide practical solution overcome sequelae COVID-19.
