Background:
DaYuan
Yin
(DYY),
a
traditional
Chinese
medicine
for
lung
diseases,
requires
further
study
to
understand
how
it
improves
acute
injury
(ALI).
This
seeks
elucidate
the
material
basis
and
molecular
mechanisms
underlying
treatment
of
ALI
with
DYY
through
network
pharmacology,
docking,
experimental
validation.
Methods:
DYY's
active
components
targets
were
identified
using
TCMSP
UHPLC-MS/MS,
herb-component-target
was
created
Cytoscape
3.7.2.
target
genes
sourced
from
GeneCards,
DisGeNET,
DrugBank.
A
PPI
built,
core
analyzed

Abstract
Background
