The aim of this study was to systematically investigate the effects and mechanisms Rhubarb in treatment Atherosclerosis (AS) Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) by utilizing network pharmacology molecular docking techniques. Deoxynivalenol (DON), one of the most common mycotoxins, is frequently found in foods. This study investigated effects orally administered DON on blood biochemical parameters, growth performance, histology, microbial composition, and metabolism rats. After a 1-week adaptation period, 4-week-old rats were 0.9% saline (control), 1 mg/L (T1), 10 (T2), or 50 (T3) by gavage for 49 days. Cirrhosis, a pathological stage that develops from various chronic liver diseases, is characterized by fibrosis, pseudolobular formation, and inflammation. This study investigated the impact of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy extract (HYG) on immunological function and cecum microflora in broilers. A total 240 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates 8 each: 1) CN group, which injected saline fed a basal diet; 2) PC lipolyaccharide (LPS) 3) HYG1 LPS 400 mg/kg HYG-supplemented 4) HYG2 800 5) HYG3 1,200 diet. Addressing the enduring challenge of evaluating traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs), integrated evidence chain-based effectiveness evaluation TCMs (Eff-iEC) has emerged. This paper explored its capacity through a demonstration study that evaluated six commonly used anti-hepatic fibrosis patent (CPMs), including Biejiajian Pill (BP), Dahuang Zhechong (DZP), Biejia Ruangan Compound (BRC), Fuzheng Huayu Capsule (FHC), Anluo Huaxian (AHP), and Heluo Shugan (HSC), using both Eff-iEC Grading Recommendations, Assessment, Development, Evaluation (GRADE) system. The recognition these CPMs within TCM academic community was also assessed their inclusion in relevant medical documents. Results showed BRC FHC received higher assessments GRADE system, while for others varied. Analysis revealed more accurately reflects clinical value CPMs, exhibiting superior evaluative capabilities.
