In Thailand, wild yam, or Dioscorea hispida Dennst., is a starchy crop that usually underutilized in industry. The purpose of this study was to isolate the starch and extract phytochemical from D. use them cosmetics. Then, an ingredient facial sleeping mask gel (SM 1–SM 5). Stability tests, physical characteristics, enzyme inhibitions, sensitization dermal toxicity tests evaluate DP SM formulations. results showed fresh tubers 12.5% w/w content. findings demonstrated had restricted size distribution, ranging 2 4 μm, smooth surface polygonal. Following stability testing, color, odor, size, flowability all formulations did not significantly differ. SEM investigation revealed particles homogenous.
