Alarming level water pollution is a serious concern in heavily industrialized countries. The development of advanced waste treatment techniques and their utilization sought for effective removal pollutants especially pharmaceutical pesticide compounds (PPCs). Doped TiO2 nanomaterials mediated photocatalytic degradation has shown great potential removing these complex organic pollutants. Improvement properties doped resulted the visible light solar as source. show to energy concerns by fulfilling two key features i.e., which are persistent nature cost-effective consumption. In this context, process its role nexus briefly addressed. Application against PPCs under different sources also discussed review.
