Bisphenol G (BPG), bisphenol M (BPM) and TMC (BPTMC), are newly recognized analogues of A (BPA), which have been detected in multiple environmental media. However, the understanding their negative impacts on health is limited. In this study, zebrafish embryos were exposed to BPA three (0.1, 10, 1000 μg/L) identify developmental toxic effects. According our results, all induced significant disorders including inhibited yolk sac absorption, altered heart rate, teratogenic Oil Red O staining indicated lipid accumulation region after exposure, was consistent with delayed uptake. Untargeted lipidomic analysis abundance triacylglycerol, ceramide fatty acids significantly by analogues. The combined lipidomics transcriptomics results BPG BPM affected metabolism disrupting peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor pathway interfering homeostasis transport. This partly explained morphological changes exposure. conclusion, study reveals that BPG, BPTMC possess acute toxicity toward zebrafish, abnormalities associated disturbances metabolism.

Exposure to bisphenol S (BPS) is known adversely affect neuronal development. As pivotal components of polarization, axons and dendrites are indispensable structures within neurons, crucial for the maintenance nervous system function. Here, we investigated impact BPS exposure on axonal dendritic development both in vivo vitro. Our results revealed that during pregnancy lactation led a reduction complexity, density, length prefrontal cortex (PFC) offspring. Employing RNA sequencing technology elucidate underlying mechanisms damage induced by BPS, Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analysis highlighted significant alteration oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) pathway, essential mitochondrial Subsequent experiments demonstrate BPS-induced impairment function, including damaged morphology, decreased adenosine triphosphate (ATP) superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels, increased reactive oxygen species malondialdehyde (MDA). These alterations coincided with downregulated expression OXPHOS pathway-related genes (ATP6V1B1, ATP5K, NDUFC1, NDUFC2, NDUFA3, COX6B1) Myosin 19 (Myo19). Notably, Myo19 overexpression restored dysfunction alleviating inhibition pathway. Consequently, this amelioration was associated injury observed cultured neurons PFC.

Population exposure to plastics is increasing, and plasticizers are frequently detected in humans as important ingredients of plastic products. However, patterns harmful their effects on neurofilament light chain (NFL), a marker active brain pathology, currently inconclusive. Herein, we employed range statistical methods thoroughly investigate the impact 24 hazardous varying NFL concentrations blood general population 533 participants. Generalized linear model revealed positive correlation between Mono-isononyl phthalate Mono (2-Ethyl- 5-Hydroxyhexyl) Phthalate (MEHHP) with NFL. Furthermore, significant dose-response relationship was observed MEHHP NFL, while Butyl paraben (Hydroxy-Isononyl) Ester exhibited distinct "inverted U-shaped" nonlinear pattern Additionally, Weighted Quantile Sum allowed us identify mixed all ingredients, Mono(2-Ethyl-5-Oxohexyl) Phthalate, Mono-isobutyl phthalate, Mon butyl Propyl Triclosan occupying prominent positions. Finally, latent profile analysis categorized exposures into high, medium, low patterns, confirming that higher posed risk factor for elevated levels blood. Exposure significantly increases present contributes early detection intervention reduce incidence neurodevelopmental disorder.

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a ubiquitous environmental pollutant with endocrine-disrupting functions. Identifying protective drugs and exploring the mechanisms against BPA are crucial in healthcare. Natural products exhibiting antioxidant properties considered to be able protect toxicity. Although BPA-modulated targets miRNAs have been individually reported, their connections natural were rarely organized. With help of protein-protein interaction database (STRING), relationship between individual was interconnected provide systemic view. In this review, BPA-downregulated -upregulated classified, interactive network innovatively analyzed using bioinformatic (STRING). also retrieved ingeniously connected targets. Moreover, novel connection BPA-countering integrated into All these targets-associated and/or incorporated STRING network, providing relationships. Overall, target-miRNA-protecting product axis constructed, straightforward direction for effects products.
