The tourism industry is highly sensitive to negative environmental factors, as can be seen in the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, when many countries and regions shifted from over-tourism under-tourism, resulting continuation of multiple serious impacts on destinations. Based on contemporary cognitive-behavioral models, this article offers conceptual analysis of how affects individual coping behaviors from perspective status, context, context. (1) led to increased uncertainty, unemployment underemployment pressure, income different degrees employment pressure difficulties; (2) these difficulties have stimulated levels problems, ranging perceived insecurity (environmental, food safety, etc.), worry, fear, stress, anxiety, depression, etc., deterioration varies across groups, with symptoms distress are more obvious among disadvantageous groups; (3) problems behavior changes, various stress such as protective resistive behaviors. The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has undoubtedly created immense health problems in the global healthcare sector. Apart from its impact on physical health, it devastatingly affected psychological well-being of individuals. Based Affective Events Theory (AET), current study aims to contemplate relationship between Fear COVID-19 (CVF), concerns (PC), and financial (FC) while considering employees' job performance (JP). Moreover, this investigates mediating role anxiety (ANX), stress (ST), depression (DEP). data were collected through an online structured questionnaire (Google Forms) 489 employees working centers Pakistan. equation modeling (partial least square) approach is adopted for analysis. results showed that COVID-19, positively significantly affect workers' performance. Depression, anxiety, mediated concerns, theoretically practically contributes existing literature mental by providing a better understanding individual variables

We explained employees' perceived health risks due to (CV19PHR) and workplace safety practices (PWSPs) job performance via burnout PWSPs moderated CV19PHR–burnout CV19PHR–JP relationships. also examined mindfulness direct effects of CV19PHR on JP indirect burnout. performed three using an explanatory sequential mixed‐method design.
