Abstract Accurate and efficient detection of pathogenic bacteria plays a crucial role in the diagnosis infectious diseases. However, rapid highly sensitive specific clinical samples remains challenging. In this study, we developed ratiometric dual‐signal electrochemical biosensor for ultrasensitive bacteria, based on an aptamer recognition‐induced rolling circle amplification (RCA)/G‐quadruplex strategy. On surface gold electrode chip, used sequence (P1) conjugated to ferrocene (Fc) capture target bacterium. This released different, previously bound (P2) that initiated RCA/G‐quadruplex cascade, which, presence potassium ions, was able bind indicator methylene blue (MB). We integrated signals from loss Fc appearance MB (I /I FC ratio) quantify concentration. showed excellent performance specificity, with limit 10 CFU/mL. Notably, it great diagnostic potential diseases caused by precise/personalized medicine applications.

Currently, analyzing pharmaceuticals and biomarkers is crucial for ensuring medication safety protecting life health, there an urgent need to develop new efficient analytical techniques in view of the limitations traditional methods. Molecularly imprinted ratiometric fluorescent (MI-RFL) sensors have received increasing attention field detection due their high selectivity, sensitivity anti-interference ability, short response time, visualization. This review summarizes recent advances MI-RFL detection. Firstly, fluorescence sources working mechanisms are briefly introduced. On this basis, strategies preparing molecularly polymers, such as dummy template imprinting, nanoimprinting, multi-template stimulus-responsive imprinting strategies, presented. Then, dual- triple-emission types Subsequently, specific applications pharmaceutical analysis highlighted. In addition, innovative point-of-care testing discussed in-depth. Finally, challenges proposed, research outlook development trends prospected.
