Considering the post-COVID-19 pandemic, this study investigates how faculty members in higher education Somalia are handling shift from traditional classroom instruction to e-learning. The looks at factors like perceived usefulness (PU), attitude (ATT), behavioural intention (BI), and actual usage (AU) impact lecturers' acceptance of e-learning through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A descriptive cross-sectional design was used investigation. information gathered by surveying three hundred seventy-five (375) lecturers seven different Mogadishu universities. a non-random, purposive sample. results showed that most influencing adaptation were significant, except for exogenous variables: Perceived Teaching Self-Efficacy (PTSE), institutional support (ISL), digital tool access (DTA). These variables did not significantly as their p-values than 0.05.On other hand, all hypotheses had lower 0.05, which means Benadir region, Somalia, satisfied with adaptation. To investigate elearning resource adoption, SPSS 26.0 SmartPLS-4's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on findings, researchers advised instructors receive technology pedagogy training institutions fund infrastructure development

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic has precipitated a paradigm shift in education, marked by an increasing reliance on technology and virtual platforms. This study delves into post-pandemic landscape Islamic higher education at State Institute Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, focusing students’ readiness, attitudes, interests toward sustained engagement with e-learning. A cohort 300 students across all semesters Education partook investigation. Utilising Structural Equation Modelling, gauged preparedness, perceptions, inclinations online learning. Results indicate general readiness among for learning, pivotal role attributed to technological devices internet connectivity. Positive attitudes learning were prevalent, flexibility accessibility emerging as significant advantages. Moreover, showed keen interest valuing its advancements, affordability, intellectually challenging nature. These findings highlight digital transformation traditional teaching methods students, who are typically known their emphasis direct interaction Their receptivity innovative modalities adaptability era’s difficulties need educational institutions leverage this enthusiasm.
