Purpose With ambidextrous innovation (AI) gaining paramount importance in the manufacturing sectors of emerging markets, this research aim to explore how leadership and management support (LMS) amplify type by leveraging knowledge sources (KS). The study further probes capability (KMC) as moderating effect between KS AI. Purpose Digital transformation is the key for family firms to gain a competitive advantage in digital economy. This paper empirically examines effect of founder control on firms’ from perspectives risk-taking and founders’ power. Design/methodology/approach uses an unbalanced panel dataset test hypotheses using sample Chinese A-share listed 2010 2022. Purpose Digital transformation (DX) is advancing in the post-pandemic era, yet regional disparities remain pronounced. This uneven distribution may be attributed to cities’ doing business environment. As environment comprises various components, we aim explore how these components interact affect local firms' DX, thereby identifying which configurations of contribute DX. Design/methodology/approach The our study contains seven components: public services, government, legal, innovation, market, human resources and financial services environments. Introduction This study investigates the relationships between digital transformation (DT), challenging appraisal (CA), organizational culture support (OCS), transformational leadership style (TLS), and employee innovative behavior (EINB) in Brazzaville’s banking sector. Grounded Social Cognitive Theory Self-Determination Theory, research aims to provide insights into how these factors interact influence innovation within organizations undergoing change. Methods Data were collected from 280 employees working top five banks Brazzaville. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied using SPSS 26 SmartPLS analyze among DT, CA, OCS, TLS, EINB.
