Abstract In this article, the water-soluble blue-light-emitting copper nanoclusters (CuNCs) were prepared by polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and ascorbic acid as templating reducing agents severally. Optimization of synthesis conditions PVP-CuNCs studied analyzed. It had good specificity exceptional sensitivity detection for sodium dichloroisocyanurate (DCCNa)/rosmarinic (RA), with a linear response range 0.03–2.4/0.03–0.9 µM corresponding LOD value 10.77/8.98 nM. Moreover, fluorescent reaction mechanisms PVP-CuNCs-DCCNa PVP-CuNCs-DCCNa-RA systems discussed, sensing probe could be effectively used determination DCCNa RA in genuine samples, whose results acceptable.

Abstract Dopamine (DA), a critical catecholamine in mammals, functions as significant biological indicator for specific diseases. The precise and timely identification of DA is essential disease monitoring prevention. In this study, copper nanoclusters (Cu NCs) were synthesized using polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) the protective ligand L‐ascorbic acid (L‐AA) reducing agent via simple hydrothermal process. produced PVP−Cu NCs displayed strong blue emission at 427 nm when excited 365 nm. alkaline conditions, was able to selectively inhibit fluorescence NCs. investigation mechanism revealed that dopamine self‐polymerization resulted formation polydopamine, which inhibited due inner filter effect (IFE). Based on above phenomenon, selective analytical method determination developed. intensity demonstrated reliable response concentrations within range 5 200 μM, with detection limit (LOD) 1.32 μM. proposed successfully utilized human urine samples, indicating its potential application biomedical detection.

Abstract In this study, a ratiometric fluorescence nanoprobe is developed for the analysis of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ). Silver nanoclusters (AgNCs) were synthesized by chemical reduction method using sodium borohydride (NaBH 4 ) as reducing agent, and coupled with CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) to form silver nanoclusters-quantum (AgNCs-QDs). The effect volume ratio QDs AgNCs on AgNCs-QDs was investigated. characterization results show that two emission peaks are located at 473 nm 661 nm, respectively. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) H can cause probe aggregate, while etching produce ions, which together in fluorescent be quenched. Based strategy, intensity F /F exhibits strong linear correlation concentration . detection range 3.32 μM ~ 2.65 mM limit μM. addition, specifically recognize has excellent anti-interference performance good stability. Importantly, utilized serum, showing possibility clinical applications.
