autoimmunity
are

understood.
In
this
review,
we
first
describe
hypothetical
some
representative

and
ensuing

response.

investigation
therapeutics
diagnostics.
In
this
review,
we
succinctly
summarize
latest
findings
(i)
mechanisms
underpinning
regulation
infection,
(ii)
response
pathogens,
(iii)
miRNA-based
diagnostics
targeting
pathogens
challenges,

landscape.
Our
show

expression
may
serve
as
a
prognostic
biomarker
for
infections

predicting
severity
or
adverse
health
effects

with
diseases.
While

is

potential
technology,
novel
approach
using

Abstract
Inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD)
is
a
persistent
inflammatory

of
the
gastrointestinal
tract
(GIT)

by
an
inappropriate
immune
response
to
environmental
stimuli
in
genetically
predisposed
persons.
Unfortunately,
IBD
patients'
quality
life
negatively
impacted
symptoms
associated
with
disease.
The
exact
etiology
pathogenesis
not
fully
understood,
but
emerging
research
indicated
that
microRNA
(miRNA)
plays
important
role.
miRNAs
have
been
documented
possess
significant
role
regulating
pro-
and
anti-inflammatory
pathways,
addition
their
roles
several
physiological
processes,
including
cell
growth,
proliferation,
apoptosis.
Variations
miRNA
profiles
might
be
helpful
prognostic
indicator
valuable
tool
differential
diagnosis
IBD.
Most
interestingly,
these
promising
therapeutic

animal
studies
