Background: Frailty is an increasingly recognised complication of diabetes in older people and should be taken into consideration management plans, including the use new therapies sodium glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA).
