not
only
can
meet
the
nutritional
needs
of
patients
with
chronic
kidney
disease
(CKD)
accodding
to
National
Kidney
Foundation's
Disease
Outcomes
Quality
Initiative
(KDOQI)
Clinical
Practice
Guideline
for
Nutrition
CKD,
but
also
has
strong
anti-inflammatory
ability.
Inflammation
is
main
driving
force
renal
fibrosis,
directly
determining
function
CKD.
However,
impact
donkey
milk
on
CKD
and
underlying
mechanism
remains
unclear.
We
hypothesized
that
supplementation
could
enhance
ability
thereby
inhibiting
fibrosis
improving
function.
So,
we
investigated
influences
a
6-week
treatment
unilateral
ureteral
ligation
(UUO)
induced
rats.
The
results
demonstrated
level
miR-223-3p
was
decreased
kidneys
rats
compared
normal
activated
miR-223-3p,
expression
inhibitor
kappa
B
kinase
(IKKα)
nuclear
factor
kappa-B
(NF-κB)
protein.
Consequently,
inflammatory
factors
such
as
monocyte
chemotactic
protein-1
(MCP-1)
interleukin-6
(IL-6)
were
suppressed,
leading
reduced
aggregations
macrophages
transforming
growth
β1
(TGF-β1)
expression.
Ultimately,
inhibited,
which
confirmed
by
Collagen
type
I
α
1(Col1-a1)
mRNA,
improved.
These
indicate
may
be
another
potential
therapeutic
target
Moreover,
contribution
alleviating
response
obvious,
indicating
new
functional
food
promote
health.
