The research objectives describe the CW+R curriculum profile, explore relationship between and education 4.0, find impact of model implementation in building a true scientist mentality, predict completion doctoral program students. method used this is R&D with steps: describing existing curriculum, finding philosophical basis designing concept, compiling mechanism, validating model, testing model. Model results good category p = 0.06323 (standard p> 0.05), RMSEA 0.058 < 0.08). contribution philosophy 0.99; very strong foundation, concept 0.83; also strong, operationalization 0.40; less because still trial stage for one semester. 4.0 0.06; weak therefore there needs to be empowerment educators about 4.0. mentality scientist: problem solving ability 3.481, scientific 4.115, couriosity 3.615 maximum score 5,000. Scientific has high score, which an optimism that able build mentality. Timely study tends achieved curriculum.

В современном мире, где цифровая трансформация проникает во все аспекты жизни общества, изучение взаимосвязи между цифровой грамотностью населения и использованием Интернета становится особенно актуальным. статье проанализированы два показателя: уровень грамотности доля пользователей сети Интернет в различных регионах Казахстана за период с 2018 по 2022 год. исследованы статистические данные, предоставленные Бюро национальной статистики Республики Казахстан. Использованы методы описательной корреляционного анализа программе Microsoft Excel. Выявлено, что стране увеличился, сопровождалось ростом доли Интернета. Коэффициент корреляции уровнем долей составил 0,76, указывает на значимую положительную взаимосвязь этими двумя показателями. Результаты исследования показали важность как фактора, способствующего более активному использованию Выявлена изучаемыми показателями, подтвердило гипотезу о том, повышение уровня может способствовать увеличению числа Сделаны выводы, имеющие значительное практическое значение для разработки стратегий сфере образования информационных технологий, направленных грамотности, условиях развития информационного общества экономики. дальнейших исследованиях представляет интерес глубокое факторов, влияющих цифровую грамотность, их взаимодействия различными аспектами социально-экономического развития. In today's world, where digital transformation significantly impacts all aspects of society, understanding the relationship between literacy and Internet usage becomes increasingly vital.
