Understanding the diffusion of AI-generative (ChatGPT) in higher education: Does students' integrity matter?

ChatGPT, an AI-powered language model, is revolutionising the academic world. Scholars, researchers, and students use its advanced capabilities to achieve their educational objectives, including generating innovative ideas, delivering assignments, conducting extensive research projects. Nevertheless, of ChatGPT among contentious, giving rise significant apprehensions regarding integrity AI-facilitated deceit. At same time, scholarly communities currently need more well-defined standards for adopting such academia-oriented technology. This study aims determine students' using Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) Social Cognitive (SCT), notably role in determining adoption behaviour. Unbiased employee performance evaluation using machine learning

Most of the companies' sustainability and growth depend on how well its employees perform. However, measurement employees' performance until now is inconclusive inexhaustive. To accurately assess predict an employee's performance, numerous external factors (physical/environmental, social, economic) related to life have been taken into account in this work. Readiness for artificial intelligence adoption by auditors in emerging countries – a PLS-SEM analysis of Moroccan firms

Purpose The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that influence readiness adopt artificial intelligence (AI) tools within Moroccan auditing firms. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research design was used, using survey data examine perceived usefulness (PU), ease use (EU) and top management commitment (TMC) on AI adoption (AIAR) in auditing. conceptual model, drawing from technology acceptance model (TAM) supported by findings previous literature, proposed. tested partial least squares – structural equation modelling collected 116 respondents. Findings confirmed PU TMC do not significantly AIAR Morocco, whereas EU positively associated AIAR. Research limitations/implications presents based a single country, which may limit broader applicability results other contexts or regions with different regulatory, cultural economic environments. Purpose The insurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic insinuated that family-owned small hotels (F-OSH) should adopt AI capabilities and innovation activities digitize their operations to survive. This study examines potential digitally transform F-OSHs by leveraging ambidexterity, preparing them for future disasters proactively.
