Abstract Business organizations might gain competitive advantages by employing optimal strategies on various aspects of their operations such as pricing, sales effort, product quality, price index and backlogging. In the present article, collaborative non-collaborative policies for a multi-item two-echelon supply chain (SC) with advance payment are proposed. The Wholesale Price Index (WPI) Consumer (CPI) have substantial impact commodity prices. order to maintain customer purchasing power profitability, SC inventory model is developed study pricing considering WPI at manufacturer level CPI retailer level. centralized decentralized been suggested account changes in general consumer buying power. team effort dependent demand considered evaluate gross profit, production rate, manufacturer’s cycle duration, shortage time, selling initiatives team. prediction backlog periods also helpful uninterrupted satisfaction. For optimization sensitivity analysis, numerical results computed compared using two different metaheuristic approaches namely differential evolution algorithm particle swarm optimization. analysis shows that prices, which makes profit function vulnerable variations inflation rate. participants, provision arrangements may enhance cash flow financial predictability.

This research aims to explore market mavericks by redefining sales velocity and profit surge in today’s dynamic business environment emerging economies. The study focuses on the interplay between Sales Excellence (SE), Capability (SC), Market Alignment (MA), Strategic Responsiveness (SR), Dynamic Management (DSM). Data from 180 companies (2021–2023), provided financial leaders, were analyzed using SPSS (23.0) AMOS software. analysis employed exploratory factor (EFA), reliability analysis, confirmatory (CFA). results highlight critical role of these factors shaping their significant impact profits Specifically, SE enhances when supported effective strategies, SC drives organizational change aligning service quality with SE, MA surges through accurate forecasting.
