This study explores the economic effects of school enrollment restrictions derived from household registration system on consumption behavior migrant families. With intensified globalization and increasing population mobility, restrictions-arising factors such as status, policies, or resource allocation-have become a critical issue at regional level. The effect education policies children's willingness remains subject debate in academic community. Using 2014-2017 microdata population, this constructs an index threshold for children based policy documents each city.
