Introduction
This
study
explores
the
economic
effects
of
school
enrollment
restrictions
derived
from
household
registration
system
on
consumption
behavior
migrant
families.
With
intensified
globalization

increasing
population
mobility,
restrictions—arising
factors
such
as
status,
policies,
or
resource
allocation—have
become
a
critical
issue
at
regional

an
index
threshold

children

city.
