Previous
studies

Background
Mounting
evidence
suggests
that
the
effectiveness

positive
psychology
interventions

Background
Self-esteem
is
a
psychological
outcome
that
positively
related
to
mental
and
health,
one
of
the
most
important
elements
in
nursing.
Developing
strategies
for
self-esteem
promotion
therefore
great
importance
nursing
practice.
Previous
reviews
suggested
exercise
interventions
such
as
Tai
Chi
practice
may
confer
both
physical
benefits
humans,
but
on
effect
adults
are
lacking.
Thus,
this
systematic
review
meta-analysis

conducted

randomized
controlled
