A aposentadoria é um processo longo e complexo, sua investigação em diversas fases da vida responde a lacunas sobre compreensão dessa experiência. O objetivo deste estudo foi testar modelo teórico de cinco fatores significados para trabalhadores ativos, assim como verificar relação das dimensões com algumas variáveis demográficas. Participaram 145 média idade 41 anos, maioria residentes do estado Minas Gerais, respondendo questionário sociodemográfico uma questão discursiva o significado aposentadoria. As análises classificação hierárquica descendente realizadas por meio software Iramuteq apontaram duas classes palavras. Embora as representassem três teóricas proposto, observou-se associação dos respondentes positivos ou negativos, que se relacionaram à escolaridade aos conhecimentos perda salarial advinda aposentadoria, sendo os negativos predomimantes na amostra. Ao final, discute-se necessidade maior reflexão planejamento parte ativos estudos amostras maiores modelos mais complexos.

ABSTRACT The current study delves into the transition faced by military veterans upon their retirement from armed forces. Retirees encounter various difficulties, primarily revolving around shifts in group dynamics, alterations roles and responsibilities adapting to civilian life. Purpose This paper employs a comprehensive theoretical model of behavior to investigate the role financial literacy in retirement savings behaviors: voluntary and investment plan change during COVID-19. Background Health screenings are promoted worldwide as they help detect and prevent overall health issues. Despite expanding coverage, the participation rate among retired population has not significantly increased. Given special role of in promoting healthy aging, understanding behavioral intentions, influencing factors retirees’ voluntary is crucial. This study aims to explore intentions Chinese by integrating Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) Self-Efficacy (SE). Methods used a cross-sectional design conduct an online questionnaire 311 retirees 2023. The questionnaire, tailored for population, combines TPB theory theory, including demographic structure, basic structure TPB, SE. Results A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was identify related screening behaviors. Abstract Inadequate retirement planning has negative consequences for individuals and society. Interventions to improve more informed often focus primarily on financial aspects, with the timing of workplace exit health considerations ignored leaving retirees at risk poor adjustment. A six-stage intervention was developed consisting three online modules (career, health, finance) combined individual consultations that aimed assist older workers (N = 829, Mage 57.09, female 68%) make considered decisions about retirement. randomized control study using four groups (modules only, modules-plus-consultations [holistic], finance a control) employed. The increased longevity of retiree populations calls for constant attention in addressing their social, economic, and psychological adjustment well-being. Informed by a qualitative research approach, this study was conducted to explore the perspectives both employers employees (teacher retirees) on retirement planning mistakes that undermine post-retirement findings revealed systemic behavioral affect teacher retirees' smooth transition from work retirement, including low savings debt accruals, limited access education, late family establishment, poor record management, disregarding opportunities career development.
