BACKGROUND Although working women experience increased work-related stress, preventive interventions to reduce its negative effects on their mental health are insufficient. OBJECTIVE This study evaluated the effectiveness of an 8-week mindfulness-based self-help intervention via a smartphone application across four domains (general psychological, work-related, family-related, and work-to-conflict) among women. According to the Work/Family Border Theory, pandemic-induced disruptions, such as widespread teleworking adoption, have blurred work and family boundaries. Meanwhile, Work-Home Resources Model posited that impact of disruptions on work-family conflicts mental health depends individual resources. Building previous research, this study hypothesised self-compassion self-control mitigate pandemic burnout by reducing during pandemic. In particular, we proposed proactive nature motivates individuals seek resources for managing conflicts, while translates motivation into action through behavioural regulation adaptive coping. Using a three-wave longitudinal design with 568 participants in China heightened severity, revealed both were associated lower burnout, mediated reduced conflict. This study investigates the growing issue of nomophobia, characterized by anxiety being without a mobile phone, in workplace. Utilizing broaden-and-build theory, this research examines impact supportive leadership, co-worker support, Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, and affective commitment on reducing nomophobia among employees. Data were collected from 393 employees across various educational organizations. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to test proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that leadership significantly reduces enhancing HRM practices commitment. Purpose The study aims to explore and test the relationship between abusive supervision, emotional exhaustion, work–family conflict divorce intentions among employees in hospitality industry.
