Following the recent special issue in Frontiers Psychology, entitled “ The Role of Teacher Interpersonal Variables Students’ Academic Engagement, Success, and Motivation ,” calling educational researchers worldwide to examine different teacher interpersonal communication behaviors that contribute student-related academic outcomes, this conceptual review article is written familiarize researchers, teachers, students with main concepts instructional their role as pillar successful teaching learning processes. To aim, by drawing on positive psychology movement rhetorical relational goal theory communication, we argue are facilitators a wide range desirable outcomes. Then, support our argument, provide empirical evidence. In doing so, introduce define seven instances behaviors, namely care, clarity, credibility, rapport students, stroke, immediacy, confirmation, expound how they positively predict outcomes such motivation, learning, engagement, involvement, class attendance, willingness communicate, performance, success students. Subsequently, highlight critical variables foreign/second language classroom context. Purpose This article presents findings on the relationship between social interactions in remote learning environments and perceived effectiveness of learning. Specifically, it examines impact teacher-student student-student learning, with a focus how students’ attitudes towards education mediate this relationship. How should reflection be supported in higher education? — A meta-analysis of reflection interventions DOI

The present study adopted a meta-analytic approach to evaluate reflective interventions that were conducted with the intention promote learning outcomes in higher education, using controlled experimental designs. A systematic search of extant literature yielded 23 articles, comprising effect sizes and total 2010 participants. Under random-effects model, results showed had positive significant medium-sized (g = 0.56, SE 0.06) on outcomes. moderator analyses revealed varied as function intervention duration, peer interaction activities. Following the advent of positive psychology (PP), communication behaviors have been studied as significant predictors language learners’ willingness to communicate in second (L2WTC).
