Honeybees have been helpful insects since ancient centuries, and this benefit is not limited to being a honey producer only. After the bee stings person, pain, swelling occur in place, due effects of venom (BV). This poison total sense word because it has many benefits, its composition rich proteins, peptides, enzymes, other types molecules low concentrations that show promise treatment numerous diseases conditions. BV also demonstrated positive against various cancers, antimicrobial activity, wound healing versus human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Even though topical therapy used varying degrees among countries, localized or itching are common side may some patients. review provides an in-depth analysis complex chemical BV, highlighting diverse range bioactive compounds their therapeutic applications, which extend beyond well-known anti-inflammatory pain-relieving effects, showcasing versatility modern medicine. A specific search strategy was followed across databases; Web sciences, Scopus, Medline, Google Scholar including vitro vivo clinical studies.to outline overview composition, methods use, preparation requirements, Individual consumption contraindications. Furthermore, addresses safety concerns emerging approaches, such as use nanoparticles, mitigate adverse demonstrating balanced holistic perspective. Importantly, incorporates historical context traditional uses, well unique focus on veterinary setting apart from previous works providing valuable resource for researchers practitioners field.

Urine-derived stem cells (USCs) have gained the attention of researchers in biomedical field past few years . Regarding several varieties that been used for this purpose, USCs demonstrated mesenchymal cell-like properties, such as differentiation and immunomodulation. Furthermore, they could be differentiated into lineages. This is very interesting regenerative techniques based on cell therapy. review will embark describing their separation, profiling. We specifically describe characteristics, addition to potential. Then, we introduce explore primary uses USCs. These involve thier utilization a platform produce cells, however, shall concentrate therapeutic, orofacial applications, providing an in-depth evaluation purpose. The final portion address limitations challenges implementation dentistry.

Background: Periodontitis, one of the most common oral diseases caused by bacterial infection which affects gums, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone, is a leading cause tooth loss in adults. Current clinical treatments, such as scaling or antibiotics, often result incomplete biofilm removal can contribute to drug resistance. Methods: To address these limitations, nanozyme comprising platinum, copper, selenium was developed, then incorporated into thermoresponsive hydrogel. Results: When applied pockets exposed 808 nm laser irradiation, hydrogel became soft, dissolving release nanozyme. This demonstrated superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like catalase (CAT)-like activity, reducing excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) while displaying strong antibacterial anti-inflammatory effects. Conclusion: photothermal showed excellent biocompatibility has potential overcome challenges current periodontitis treatments. Keywords: thermosensitive, therapy, hydrogel,

Periodontitis is a persistent inflammatory condition that causes periodontal ligament degradation, pocket development, and alveolar bone destruction, all of which lead to the breakdown teeth’s supporting system. triggered by accumulation various microflora (especially anaerobes) in pockets, release toxic substances digestive enzymes stimulate immune can be efficiently treated using variety techniques, both regional systemic. Effective therapy dependent on lowering microbial biofilm, minimizing or eradicating pockets. Nowadays, local drug delivery systems (LDDSs) as an adjuvant phase I attractive option since it controls release, resulting improved efficacy lesser adverse reactions. Choosing right bioactive agent mode foundation efficient disease management approach. The objective this paper shed light issue successful regeneration, drawbacks currently implemented interventions, describe potential locally delivered repurposed drugs tissue regeneration. Because multiple etiology periodontitis, patients must get customized treatment with primary goal infection control. Yet, not always replace lost tissues, becomes more challenging defect gets worse. Pharmaceutical repurposing offers viable, economical, safe alternative for non-invasive, predictable This article clears way front researchers, decision-makers, pharmaceutical companies explore potential, effectiveness, efficiency pharmaceuticals generate effective, topical preparations
