This study aimed to investigate the impact of Edmodo mobile learning environment on promoting psychological security among university students with visual impairments, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The researchers employed a combination descriptive quasiexperimental methodologies. primary sample consisted 20 visually impaired from Beni Suef University, divided equally between an experimental group (10 students) control students). To achieve research objectives, Psychological Security Scale was utilized received intervention involving implementation using Edmodo. data analysis revealed statistically significant difference groups in postassessment, demonstrating elevated sense security. Furthermore, showed improvements pre‐ postassessments, favoring latter, standard score 3.781. No differences were observed postassessment follow‐up evaluation group, 0.471, indicating continuous effectiveness enhancing students. efficacy sustained even one month after student’s graduation, as evidenced by assessment.

Collaborative writing is well acknowledged as an effective pedagogical practice facilitating L2 learners' performance and motivation. Yet, little known about whether collaborative with various cognitive demands can contribute differently to writers' syntactical complexity development in their later individual writing. To address such research gap, this investigated how task would impact under the guidance of Self-Determination Theory (SDT), a specific focus on emotional experiences explaining learning processes 126 Chinese post-graduate EFL learners were assigned four conditions: three experimental groups one control group. Experimental group participants received rounds interventions varying different demands, manipulated through +planning time, +few elements, while instructed regularly. Participants' pre-test, post-test, delayed post-test analysed for overall level, coordinate subordinate phrasal level automatic analyser. Mixed ANOVA results revealed that manifested positive effects syntactic development. Positive also observed. Theoretical implications discussed.

Examining Chinese EFL learners’ acceptance of mobile-assisted vocabulary learning applications and its influencing factors DOI Creative Commons

Abstract Significant advancements in mobile technology have offered tremendous potential for mobile-assisted vocabulary learning (MAVL). Given the relatively few studies on learners’ acceptance of MAVL, this study integrates Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Self-Determination Theory to assess participants’ and motivation levels regarding MAVL applications identify predictors users’ intention utilise these applications. Questionnaire data from 270 Chinese English as a foreign language university students revealed that participants exhibited strong learn via applications, they reported high motivation. Additionally, structural equation modelling analysis results indicated perceived usefulness, ease use, competence accounted 61 % variance behavioural use which demonstrated stronger explanatory power than original TAM. Perceived autonomy competence, however, failed predict usage MAVL.
