Carbon
dots
(CDs),
a
novel
type
of
nanomaterial,
play
crucial
roles
in
the
agriculture
field.
However,
it
remains
unclear
their
impacts
on
flavor
quality
vegetables.
The
present
study
synthesized
chitooligosaccharide-peanut
oligopeptide-carbon
(COS-POP-CDs)
material
through
chitooligosaccharide
(COS)
and
peanut
oligopeptide
(POP)
high
temperature
Maillard
reactions
studied
its

Carbon
dots
(CDs)
have
been
attracted
to
nanocarbon
materials
for
metal
ion
sensing,
biological
activity,
and
plant
phytotoxicity
due
their

photophysical
properties,

low

fluorescence

Cassava
pulp,
which
consists
mainly
of
starch,
has
identified
a
low-cost
biomass
waste
from
the
cassava
starch
industry.

CDs
nitrogen-doped
(NCDs)
pulp
using
one-step
hydrothermal
process
in
deionized
water
at
200°C.

This
work
demonstrates
the
feasibility
of
using
a
combination
biodegradable
polycaprolactone
(PCL)
and
natural-based
hydroxypropyl
methylcellulose
(HPMC)
polymers
containing
carbon
dots
(CDs)
for
food
packaging
applications.
CDs
